4/24/2023 EnchantaVaughn Submitted 1.Behavior: QMHP-C greeted Jahsim upon arrival to the home setting. Upon arrival to the home setting, Jahsim started to get upset as we discussed his most recent behaviors of throwing items when he is upset. Jahsim was balling his fist up and started to cry a little bit. Jahsim was providing short responses with asked to express how his feel. Jahsim was receptive towards intervention and was able engaging by completing the activities throughout the session. 2. Behavior: Jahsim verbalized to QMHP-C on how he is not going to listen to his motherâs boyfriend directives because this is not his dad. 1.Intervention: QMHP-C spoke with mother and inquired about Jahsimâs recent behaviors. QMHP-C inquired about safety plan and if changes needed to be made. QMHP-C educated Jahsim on anger management by providing techniques. QMHP-C encouraged Jahsim to take deep breaths before reacting with aggressive reactions. QMHP-C assisted Jahsim with video's that demonstrate positive and negative ways of controlling his anger. 2. Intervention: QMHP-C engaged Jahsim in role playing situation for Jahsim to identify negative situation and redirect them into a positive without reacting emotionally. QMHP-C instructed Jahsim develop positive coping skills to help with managing his anger outbursts towards peers and authority figures. 1.Response: Jahsim was attentive while reviewing the guidelines of COVID-19. ahsim struggles with responding towards intervention and indicated that he feels antagonized. Jahsim responded that all his anger outburst comes with negative peers and being antagonized. 2. Response: Jahsim responded that he will attempt to utilize the interventions provided. Jahsim stated that he gets frustrated when not getting his way. Jahsim stated that he tries to make attempts to think before reacting the situation.
